    The collection of personal data varies according to the interaction of the Data Subject with TI+ Soluções. Below are the categories of personal data that may be subject to processing related to some examples of the Data Subject's interaction:

• Registration and identification data provided by the Data Subject: social security data, name, email address, phone number, ID card, driver's license, parentage, education, professional experience, dependents, race, gender, marital status, date of birth, social security documents, medical certificates, and health conditions are usually required in relation to employees and, occasionally, service providers, in the management of human resources and occupational health; image and biometrics may occasionally be collected as evidence of training or records in the human resources and occupational health area or for occurrences; name; email address; phone number; number and/or copy of identification documents; gender; marital status; date of birth; full address; attorneys or legal representatives; vehicle characteristics and license plate – may be requested in service and/or relationship channels (Contact Us, Technical Support, Sales and Commercial, Purchasing, Personnel Department, Ombudsman) so that we can respond to the request or to serve customers, employees, third parties, or subcontractors, and to address operational emergency situations;

TI+ Soluções processes the personal data of Data Subjects for the following purposes and always in accordance with the legal bases established by Law No. 13.709/18, the General Data Protection Law ("LGPD"):

3. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

TI+ Soluções may share Personal Data of Holders with regulatory bodies, public agents, third parties or business partners that are relevant for the purpose of enabling the services provided by TI+ Soluções or maximizing the quality and efficiency of its services and commercial operations, always seeking preserve your privacy as much as possible and, whenever possible, anonymously.

Below, we describe situations in which your Personal Data may be shared:

• With service providers and business partners of TI+ Soluções, who process personal data on behalf of TI+ Soluções, as data operator;

• Request from competent authority, in order to respond to or defend oneself in investigations, legal measures, legal proceedings or to investigate, prevent or take measures regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or if otherwise required by law; It is
• New business, if TI+ Soluções is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of its assets, the Holders' personal data may be transferred to the acquiring company or person. In circumstances where the identity of the controller of your personal data changes as a result of any transaction, you will be notified of any choices you may have regarding your personal data;
• Internally, with our business areas, to promote and develop our services, for example;

4. HOLDERS’ RIGHTS

You will always have rights regarding privacy and protection of your Personal Data. Therefore, below we summarize all the rights you have under Brazilian laws relating to data protection, namely:

4.1. Right of access: This right allows you to request and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

4.2. Right to rectification: At any time, you may request the correction and/or rectification of your personal data, if you identify that some of it is incorrect. To do so, we will have to verify the validity of the new information provided. You can rectify your personal data by sending an email to privacidade@timais.com.

4.3. Right to deletion: You may request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you. All data collected will be deleted from our servers when you so request or when it is no longer necessary or relevant to provide you with our services, unless there is any other reason for its retention, such as a possible legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve it to protect our rights. 4.4. Right to object to processing: You also have the right to object to where and in what context we are processing your personal data for different purposes.

4.5. Right to request anonymization, blocking or deletion: You may request that we suspend the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances: (a) if you want us to establish the accuracy of the data; (b) to keep the data even if we no longer need it, in order to exercise or defend legal claims; or (c) if you object to the use of your data, but in this scenario we need to verify that we do not have legitimate grounds to continue processing it.

4.6. Right to portability: We will provide to you or a third party indicated by you, your personal data in a structured and interoperable format.

4.7. Right to withdraw your consent: You have the right to revoke your consent in relation to the terms of this Policy. Please be aware that if you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain services.

Please note that we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and enforce your rights. This is a security measure to prevent the unwanted disclosure of your personal data to anyone who has no right to receive it.

We may also contact you to obtain further information in relation to your request in order to speed up our response. We aim to respond to all requests within 15 (fifteen) days. It may occasionally take us longer than 15 (fifteen) days if your request is particularly complex or if you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will communicate with you and keep you updated on the progress of your request.

5. SECURITY AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is kept in accordance with the principles of purpose, necessity and adequacy. TI+ Soluções keeps personal data: (i) for the time required by law; (ii) until the end of the processing of personal data, as described below; or (iii) for the time necessary to preserve the legitimate interest of TI+ Soluções.

The processing of personal data will be terminated in the following cases: (i) when the purpose for which the Data Subject's personal data was collected is achieved and/or the personal data collected is no longer necessary or relevant to achieve such purpose; (ii) when the Data Subject is within his/her right to request the termination of the processing and the deletion of his/her personal data and does so; and (iii) when there is a legal determination to this effect. In such cases of termination of the processing of personal data, except for the cases established by the applicable legislation or by this Policy, the personal data will be deleted.

All your data is confidential and only people with the appropriate authorizations will have access to it. TI+ Soluções makes every reasonable effort to ensure the security of our systems and your data. Our servers are located in different locations to ensure stability and security, and can only be accessed through previously authorized communication channels.

All of your information will be encrypted whenever possible, if this does not prevent its use by the platform. You may request a copy of your data stored in our systems at any time. We will only keep data and information for as long as they are necessary or relevant for the purposes described in this Policy, or in the case of periods predetermined by law, regulations and contracts, or for as long as they are necessary to maintain the legitimate interests of TI+ Soluções, provided that they are duly substantiated by the same.

TI+ Soluções never sends emails requesting downloads or the execution of actions specifically related to Personal Data (opening files with the extension .exe., .com, .src., .bat., among others).

5.1. Deletion of Personal Data

All data collected will be deleted from our servers upon your request, through a free and easy procedure, or when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the provision of our services, unless there is any other reason for their retention, such as a possible legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve them to protect the rights of TI+ Soluções.

If you request the deletion of your Personal Data, it may be necessary to keep them for a period longer than the deletion request, in accordance with article 16 of the LGPD. Once the retention period and legal need have ended, the Personal Data will be deleted using secure disposal methods or used anonymously for statistical purposes.

5.2. Procedures in case of Personal Data breach

Any breach of personal data or possibility of breach must be urgently and immediately reported to the Personal Data Protection Officer, who will be responsible for carrying out the initial analysis and adopting the immediate preventive and corrective measures necessary to preserve data security.

Third parties, suppliers or partners who may store or process personal data on behalf of TI+ Soluções must, in the event of a data breach or possibility of a personal data breach, immediately notify TI+ Soluções, identifying the personal data that has been or may have been compromised, and following TI+ Soluções' guidelines on procedures to be taken.

8. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

This document is governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws and normative acts that make up the Brazilian legal system, in the Portuguese language. The Court of Americana, State of São Paulo, is elected as the competent court to resolve any issues arising from this document, with express waiver of any other.

GLOSSARY

Anonymization: Use of reasonable technical means available at the time of processing, through which data can no longer be directly or indirectly associated with an individual.

Cookies: Small files sent by websites, saved on your devices, that store preferences and a few other pieces of information, with the purpose of personalizing your browsing experience according to your profile.

Personal Data: All information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

Data Protection Officer (DPO): Person appointed by us to act as a communication channel between TI+ Soluções, you and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
